I love this idea and it looks so pretty too but do you think its “Wedding Appropriate”? Are jello shots at a wedding ever appropriate? Even if they do look this pretty! What do you think, Can we pull it off??

I’d love to hear how they come out! I wonder if the jello will actually slide off the peal, since orange slices are rounded they may not work as well as this looks like it does :/
A friend of mine made these for a party once, I forgot to try one, but I don’t recall anyone having trouble with the jello sliding off the peel. I actually thought about trying champagne jello shots from a fancy mold. I’ll let you know how they come out- party is next month, so I’ll keep you posted!

Jelly Shot Test Kitchen (http://www.jelly-shot-test-kitchen.blogspot.com/) actually has a ton of more ‘upscale’ jello shot idea that would be appropriate for weddings or formal events – the orange peels might work at a tropically themed event but the ones made in molds (like at JSTK) look more clean-cut and formal. Definitely a fun option for a wedding!
